Systemic Team coaching
Just as a football team needs a coach to perform well, a business team can reach much further if they have a coach by their side. Instead of coaching the leader and then expect them to know how to bring the best out of the team, we here coach the entire team and the output becomes so much greater. The systemic view means that we take in the system around the team to ensure that the team creates value, not only for themselves.
